Red Weather Warning – impact on services

Red Weather Warnings have been issued with Storm Éowyn forecast to bring disruptive winds, heavy rain and snow.

While Red Weather Warnings are in place, to support the safety of our teams and ensure travel is limited to essential-only, our offices will be closed, and we will be delivering a limited emergency-only repairs service.

If you have a repair, service visit, or planned maintenance installation scheduled to take place over the next few days, we will be in touch to confirm arrangements for this.

Repairs service update - 27 January 2025

 We are back to delivering a full repairs service, however, due to the disruption, we are currently experiencing a high number of repairs calls and emails.

To help our team manage the demand, please report non-emergency repairs via our online form at https://linkhousing.org.uk/report-a-repair-form or using the MyLink app if you are able to.
