We’ve changed our phone line options to make them easier to understand.

If you are calling 03451 400 100 about a repair please listen out for the new message:

“If you want to speak to C~urb Property Maintenance to report a repair, discuss a renewal project or a safety check then select option 1”

Once you have selected option 1, please listen to the following messages as they have been updated to make them clearer.

This change should mean your call gets the the right person with less chance of a transfer to another line.

Please note: You may have received a recent letter providing the old phone line options, please accept our apologies for any confusion.
