“If you want to speak to C~urb Property Maintenance to report a repair, discuss a renewal project or a safety check then select option 1”
Once you have selected option 1, please listen to the following messages as they have been updated to make them clearer.
This change should mean your call gets the the right person with less chance of a transfer to another line.
