Riverside Dalmarnock Phase 4
Following the successful completion of Phases 1, 2 and 3, Riverside Dalmarnock Phase 4 will provide 54 homes for affordable rent and 41 homes for over 55's affordable rent, anticipated to become available in phases from Summer 2028. Please note that these dates are subject to change.
Properties may be advertised on the relevant Choice Based Lettings system and the Find a Home website up to three months before they are ready.
The development is funded in partnership by Link, the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council.
