MyPSL Mobile App – Terms of Use 

Welcome to  MyPSL , a mobile application provided by C~urb PSL (“we”, “us”, or “our”), designed to help tenants and applicants manage their social housing needs.

By downloading, accessing, or using the MyPSL app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.  

1. About MyPSL  

MyPSL is a digital platform that enables users to:  

• Manage tenancy information  

• Request certain permissions     

• Check rent balance  

• Receive updates and notifications

2. Eligibility  

You must be at least 16 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use this app. By using MyPSL , you confirm that you meet these requirements.  

 3. Account registration and security  

To access MyPSL , you must register for an account. You agree to:  

• Provide accurate and complete information    

• Keep your login credentials confidential  

• Notify us immediately of any unauthori s ed use of your account  

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.  

 4. Acceptable use  

You agree not to:  

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes  

• Upload or transmit harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware)  

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff  

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems  
  
  

5. Data protection and privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the  UK GDPR  and  Data Protection Act 2018 and associated legislation . Our  Privacy Notice explains:

• How we use and store your data  

• Your rights under data protection law  

By using MyPSL , you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Notice .  

6 . Service availability  

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to MyPSL but do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw the app for maintenance or legal compliance without notice.  

7 . Intellectual property  

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the app are owned by or licensed to C-urb 6 Ltd (trading as C~urb PSL) . You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.  

8 . Third-party services  

MyPSL may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

9 . Termination  

We may suspend or terminate your access to MyPSL if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may also delete your MyPSL app account at any time by contacting pslenquiries@curb.scot .  

10. Changes to these terms  

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of MyPSL after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
